Citadel’s pre-purchase building inspection reports are designed in an easily understood format covering every aspect of the property from major structural issues to the superficial and critically our reports also cover the storm water management and drainage of the site.

They are compiled on site and presented on completion and most importantly all written reports include an on-site consultation arranged at a time that is convenient to you. This gives us the opportunity to walk through the property so that all the findings of the report can be explained and put in an order of their importance, I can clarify any points of concern and we can discuss your repair options and their probable costs.

Moisture readings are taken throughout the building revealing leaking pipes in walls, asbestos, termite activity and any salt damp affected areas are measured precisely through virtually any wall coverings, including tiles.
